Calderon Charities of America Broadcasting Network had the opportunity to broadcast live on Sunday September 20, 2015 at the 2015 Necro Comic-Con which was held at “The Delancy Night Club” in New York City. While Calderon Charities of America Broadcasting Network was unable to broadcast live due to sound interference and lack of space within the venue, Calderon Charities of America Broadcasting Network was still able to cover the event pretty well with some interviews and pictures.
The expectations were pretty high for the event. With the word “NECRO” leading the title who would not imagine some of the greatest comics, costumes, and decorations to be present at the 2015 Necro Comic Con. However, due to the limited space, lighting, and venue rules, creator Jeff Mach was still able to make the event entertaining and worth going to. With Dj’s such as Patrick from Salvation, Necropolis, & The Band, Templar from Underworld & Red Party, and of course Lady Johanna Constantine from Click & Drag and Dorian Gray and of course the Music Bands which included The Long Lasts, Morte McAdavar, Jeff Ferrell, The Rain Within, and finally Aurelio Voltaire. So, as you can see, even without the decor or multiple vendors (even though there were a few), the 2015 Necro Comic-Con still went off without a hitch and held such a great show for all those who attended.
Many of the guests, when ask how they felt about this year’s Necro Comic-Con, they responded by stating, “You get what the venue offers. While the 2014 Necro Comic-Con was held at a Hotel, it offered more vendors and décor but this year’s Necro Comic-Con is being held here at “The Delancy Night Club” in New York City. So when asked how we feel about this year’s Con, we can happily say that Jeff Mach has done a great job. With the limited space, lighting, and rules that “The Delancey Night Club” offers, Jeff Mach was still able to put on a great event. The Costumes are wonderful, music is even greater, and of course the little bit of vendors that were able to make it out, were just as good. SO in closing, WE are loving the night”.
One guest was quoted to say “Jeff brings unexpected twists and turns to his events, while there were a few, it never defers his following from continuously supporting his events and especially the Necro Comic-Con he puts on each year”.
Finally a last guest when asked how they felt about tonight’s event, they replied, “Remarkable. The purpose of tonight’s event is to bring the music and it is going to do just that”.
So as one can read, the 2015 Necro Comic-Con was such a great event and even for Calderon Charities of America Broadcasting Network team, we sure can add to what others had to say.
Many thanks to Jeff Mach for allowing us to gain access and cover such a great event.
